Eric Judd

General Manager
Eric Judd joined the Kustom team in March of 2015 as a Mitigation Technician and carpenter. Swiftly demonstrating his capabilities, he was promoted to a Project Manager within a short period of time and soon moved into a PM/Estimator role after mastering Xactimate. Eric has been instrumental in building the business by skillfully nurturing robust relationships with the field adjusters across the Southeast Region. Over the course of few years, Eric seamlessly transitioned into the lead estimator role, becoming an integral figure at the Boca office. Here, he adeptly managed day-to-day operations for both Emergency Services and Reconstruction. In October 2021, Eric was promoted to General Manager for the Southeast Florida Office.
 
Born and raised in South New Jersey, Eric attended The Richard Stockton College where he studied Marine Science. Eric’s construction experience dates back to 1999, when he was working alongside his father, the owner and operator of a painting company with a specialization in trim carpentry. Working with his dad he gained knowledge in both residential and commercial fields while working in single family, multi-family, and warehouse-office spaces. Eric’s foray into property restoration began in 2006. This marked the beginning of his upward trajectory, progressing from a technician role to the position of project manager within a corporate-owned franchise. His journey eventually led him to the sun-soaked landscapes of south Florida in 2013, where he continued to excel in property restoration with yet another corporate-owned franchise before he made a move to Kustom Us.
 
Eric lives in south Florida with his Fiancé, Amber. He enjoys playing baseball, softball, kickball, fishing. Notably, he also shares his life with Xane, a beloved Great Dane who adds an extra touch of joy to his pursuits.
